The Ghana Football Association (GFA) on Wednesday hosted a landmark joint meeting with Premier League clubs and Adesa Productions Limited at the GFA Headquarters to further strengthen collaboration on the television production of the Ghana Premier League (GPL).

The meeting, which brought together members of the GFA Executive Council, top officials of Premier League clubs, and the leadership of Adesa Productions, created an important platform for the key stakeholders to engage, align, and chart the course for delivering world-class coverage of the GPL.

Adesa Productions, the GFA’s strategic partner for GPL broadcast production, outlined its vision, needs, and expectations, while the clubs shared their ideas and pledged their commitment to ensuring the success of the partnership. Both sides acknowledged that quality television production is central to positioning the GPL as a premium product, attracting fans, corporate Ghana, and international interest.

Speaking at the meeting, GFA President Kurt Edwin Simeon-Okraku reaffirmed the Association’s commitment to “fixing the fundamentals and consolidating gains” by giving the league maximum visibility through professional and engaging coverage. He emphasized that the collaboration between the GFA, the clubs, and Adesa Productions will unlock the GPL’s full commercial potential.

The session concluded on a high note, with all parties expressing optimism about the future of GPL broadcast and a shared determination to elevate the league’s brand to greater heights.

The GFA remains committed to working with its partners and stakeholders to provide football fans with a league they can be proud of; competitive, attractive, and commercially vibrant.
