Tom Brady’s career has no equal in North American sports. Across 23 seasons with the New England Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers, he won seven Super Bowls, the most by any player or franchise, and finished as the NFL’s all-time leader with 89,214 yards passing.
A 17-game schedule could, in theory, give a future quarterback a shot at some regular-season totals, considering Brady played only two 17-game seasons. However, Brady’s playoff production and the sheer length of his run are another matter entirely. His 35 postseason wins are more than double the next-best total, and he reached 10 Super Bowls.
