The stage is set for the final playoff match between Techiman Eleven Wonders and Real Tamale United, with the winner earning a spot in the Ghana Premier League.

Real Tamale United previously returned to the Premier League in the 2021/22 season after qualifying ahead of Bofoakwa Tano. In recent seasons, the qualification process for Zone One has involved playoffs, with Bofoakwa Tano and Young Apostles emerging victorious in their respective seasons.

Techiman Eleven Wonders are making their second playoff appearance after losing to Bofoakwa Tano in their previous attempt. This time, they’ll face Real Tamale United, who finished top of Zone One A with 58 points from 28 matches, winning 18, drawing 4, and losing 6. Eleven Wonders, on the other hand, topped Zone One B, winning 15 of their 28 matches.

Real Tamale United’s attack will be led by Wisdom Jonas Manyina, who has scored 15 league goals, Abdul Rashid with 10 goals, and Blabala Bamon with 12 goals.

Meanwhile, Eleven Wonders will rely on their right-back Farouk Ameyaw, who has scored 6 goals, and goalkeeper Kwame Opoku, who has kept 13 clean sheets in 25 games.

The match will be broadcast live on AFA Sports Channel, Metro TV, and Original TV on Friday at 3 pm.
