The 2025 KGL U-17 Inter-Regional Championship rolls into Matchday 2 on Sunday, September 21, with a full slate of fixtures poised to captivate fans.
In Group A, Northern Region will look to bounce back when they face Elite Academy (Bolga) at 8:00 a.m., followed by Greater Accra taking on defending champions Western Region at 10:00 a.m. Meanwhile, Upper West will aim to claim their first victory against Volta Region. All Group A matches will be played on the betPawa pitch.
In Group B, Brong Ahafo will look for redemption against Greater Accra Elite B, while Eastern Region clash with Upper East and Ashanti Region take on Central Region. All Group B matches will be held on the FIFA pitch.
Now in its fifth year, the KGL U-17 Inter-Regional Championship has become a premier talent showcase, consistently producing players who progress to Ghana’s junior national teams and excel in the domestic leagues.
With an expanded 12-team lineup featuring all ten Regional Football Associations alongside the GFA Elite Academies, the 2025 edition is already showing promises high-quality football and the emergence of Ghana’s next generation of stars.
