The Football Association is partnering once again with the German International School Accra (GISA) to stage a one-day “Football4Girls” campaign on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at the school’s campus in Accra.

The event is organized in collaboration with Faces of Football and the Sparkassenstiftung.

Held under the theme “Football Meets Finance,” the program will feature both on- and off-pitch activities, including fun games designed to engage and inspire young participants.

The GFA will be represented by Jennifer Amankwaa Sarpong, the Association’s Women’s Football Development Manager, along with selected players from the Malta Guinness Women’s Premier League. Mrs. Amankwaa Sarpong will share insights into the GFA’s Women’s Football Strategy, discussing its implementation and technical aspects, while the players will mentor participants by sharing their personal football journeys, challenges and achievements to motivate and empower the girls.

This initiative forms part of the Football Association’s Women’s Football Strategy Implementation Program, which focuses on promoting grassroots development and expanding opportunities for women and girls in football nationwide.
