The 2026 GFA Elite U15 Boys Championship officially kicks off on Friday, May 29, at the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence in Prampram with exciting fixtures lined up across two venues.
The competition, which forms part of FIFA’s Talent Development Scheme (TDS), will be played on two pitches at the facility — the FIFA AstroTurf behind the administration block designated as Pitch 1, and the betPawa Pitch located at far left at the entrance of the technical centre serving as Pitch 2.
On Pitch 1, Western Region will face Eastern Region at 9:00am to open the tournament. GFA Elite Academy – Bolgatanga will then battle Ashanti Region at 10:00am.
In the afternoon session, GFA Elite Academy – Achimota will come up against Volta Region at 3:00pm before Northern Region take on Western Region in the final game on Pitch 1 at 4:00pm.
On Pitch 2, Upper West Region will lock horns with Elite Academy – Prempeh College at 9:00am. At 10:00am, Greater Accra Region will take on Brong Ahafo Region in another exciting fixture.
The afternoon games on Pitch 2 will see Upper East Region face Central Region at 3:00pm before Ashanti Region return to action against Eastern Region at 4:00pm in their second game of the day.
The championship is expected to showcase some of the brightest young talents in Ghana football as teams from across the regions compete for honours in the third edition of the Elite U15 Boys Championship.
