Camara, Kyei, Kassi Tayi, Agbasi nominated for Premier League Goalkeeper of the Month – December

The Ex-National Goalkeepers Union has shortlisted four outstanding shot-stoppers for the Premier League Goalkeeper of the Month Award for December, following their impressive performances for their respective clubs during the period. The nominees are Mohammed Camara (Asante Kotoko), Felix Kyei (Medeama SC), Dubi Kassi Tayi (Basake Holy Stars FC), and Solomon Agbasi (Hearts of Oak).

Mohammed Camara (Asante Kotoko)

Camara was exceptional in December, keeping a remarkable three clean sheets in three league matches for the Porcupine Warriors and helping his side win all three games.

Felix Kyei (Medeama SC)

Kyei recorded two clean sheets, conceded just one goal, secured two wins, and played out one draw during the month. His consistency and composure were key as Medeama SC finished December at the top of the league table.

Dubi Kassi Tayi (Basake Holy Stars FC)

The young goalkeeper delivered a series of outstanding performances that helped Basake Holy Stars climb out of the relegation zone by the end of the month. He kept three clean sheets, conceded only one goal, recorded two wins and two draws in four league matches. His only goal conceded came in a 1-1 draw against Medeama SC in Tarkwa.

Solomon Agbasi (Hearts of Oak)

Agbasi showed great resilience and reliability for the Phobians in December, keeping three clean sheets and conceding two goals. He recorded two wins, one draw, and one defeat, with his only loss coming against Karela United in Tamale on Matchday 13.

The winner will receive a prize package from the Ex-National Goalkeepers Union, including a pair of gloves, a branded towel, water bottles, and a T-shirt.
