The Black Starlets now know their full schedule for the upcoming WAFU Zone B U-17 Championship, which kicks off on Saturday, September 20, 2025, in Yamoussoukro, Ivory Coast.
Drawn in Group A, Ghana will open their campaign against Togo on Saturday, September 20, at 6:00 p.m. The second group fixture will see the Starlets come up against host nation Ivory Coast on Tuesday, September 23, at 6:00 p.m., before wrapping up the group stage with a crucial clash against Niger on Friday, September 26, at 3:00 p.m.
All of Ghana’s group matches will be staged at the Charles Konan Banny Stadium in Yamoussoukro.
The tournament serves as the official qualifying event for the 2025 U-17 Africa Cup of Nations, with the top sides from the zone expected to book their tickets to the continental championship.
