The Black Queens B team has invited 22 Women’s Premier League and 2 foreign-based players for a two-day screening exercise, aimed at identifying potential additions to the senior national women’s team.
The screening programme will be led by Head Coach Yusuf Basigi with Black Queens Head Coach, Kim Lars Bjorkegren in attendance, as a continués efforts to strengthen the squad with outstanding local talent.
The exercise is scheduled to take place on May 30 and 31, 2026, with invited players expected to report to camp at Erata Hotel at 10:00am on May 30.
The screening forms part of an ongoing player assessment and talent identification process as preparations continue for upcoming tournaments including the Women’s Africa Cup of Nations.
