Harry Kane won the men’s Ballon d’Or and Alexia Putellas claimed the women’s prize for a third time as the 2026 awards were presented at the London Palladium on Monday.
Kane, 33, beat Kylian Mbappé and Lamine Yamal to the men’s award after scoring 73 goals in 65 matches for Bayern Munich and England last season, including 61 in 51 games for his club.
