Ronaldo Nazario arrived at the Ballon d’Or ceremony in London on Monday and gave his verdict on the biggest game of the Spanish season. The former Brazil striker described Real Madrid’s 2-1 win at Barcelona the previous night as ‘very beautiful, very special’.
The win came in La Liga’s 10th round at Camp Nou on Sunday. Kylian Mbappe put Madrid ahead in the 41st minute after Gerard Martin’s clearance struck him. Raphinha equalised in the 61st minute, and Mbappe struck again in the 87th, finishing Eduardo Camavinga’s cutback.
