Zone One B leaders Debibi United extended their advantage at the top of the table with an emphatic 4-2 victory over Dormaa Unity FC at Debibi Presby Park. Debibi United started strongly, with Demetrous Sarkodie scoring twice in quick succession in the 9th and 15th minutes to give the hosts a comfortable two-goal lead by halftime. The leaders continued their dominance after the break, as Asamoah Eugene added a third before William Addo made it 4-0 in the 63rd minute. Dormaa Unity FC pulled two goals back in the 64th and 76th minutes, but Debibi United held on for a deserved win. Debibi United now have 34 points from 14 league matches.

Elsewhere, Tamale City FC opened up an impressive seven-point gap at the top of Zone One A after a hard-fought 1-0 victory over Northern City FC at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium, despite playing the entire second half with ten men. The unbeaten league leaders now have 32 points from 14 matches, further consolidating their position at the summit. Tamale City finished the round as the only unbeaten side in the Zone after 9 wins and 5 draws in 14 Access Bank Division One League matches.

Their city rivals, Real Tamale United suffered their third defeat of the season, going down 1-0 to mid-table side Wa Power SC at the Malik Jabir Stadium. Emmanuel Amamu scored the match-winning goal just four minutes into the game. The loss leaves Real Tamale United with 25 points from 14 matches, falling further behind Tamale City FC in the title race.
