The first batch of referees and assistant referees selected for the 2025/26 Access Bank Division One League has successfully concluded a three-day technical training programme at the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence (GSCE) in Prampram.

The intensive course, which took place between September 10-13, 2025, equipped participants with the latest updates to the Laws of the Game and included FIFA-approved integrity modules, reinforcing ethical standards and fair play.

Officials also received a combination of theoretical instruction and practical field exercises to sharpen their decision-making and match management skills ahead of the new season.

The upcoming Access Bank Division One League campaign will kick off with opening fixtures scheduled from Friday, September 26, to Monday, September 29, 2025, across all three zones.

The Football Association emphasised that the training is part of its continuous drive to raise officiating standards and ensure consistency and professionalism throughout the league.
