Football Leaks founder Rui Pinto shared his thoughts following Manchester City’s reported guilty verdict for 115 breaches of Premier League financial rules during the period between 2009 and 2018.
Pinto was the whistleblower who had initially released club documents and internal emails, leading to the Premier League levying charges against City. Commenting on City’s reported guilty verdict, Pinto said (as per the Mirror):
