The Black Starlets will find out their semi-final opponents for the 2025 WAFU Zone B U17 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) Qualifying Tournament on Saturday after the Group B decider between Nigeria and Burkina Faso.
Having secured a 3-1 victory over Niger on Friday to qualify for the last four, the Starlets are now keenly watching developments in Group B. Both Nigeria and Burkina Faso have already secured their places in the semi-finals, but their final group game on Saturday will determine which side tops the table and which finishes second.
The outcome of that match will decide Ghana’s path to the final, as the Starlets will face either the winners of Group B depending on the standings.
