His road to becoming Europe most demandable striker has been absolutely brilliant. His rise in the world of football as a star striker is one to watch for. Starting his journey from the French side Lille. He made his move to Napoli in 2020. Switching from the French league Ligue 1 to the Italian Serie A. During his time in Italy he showed his ability to score and create chances to the world. Playing an important role in Napoli’s historic title winning campaign after Maradona. He scored a total of 26 goals in whole campaign of 2022- 23. After making a loan move to Turkish side Galatasaray this season he has scored a total of 25 goals and 5 assists in 29 matches. Helping them win the domestic title for this season. This performance of his has caught the attention of top European clubs.

Both the Blues and the Red Devils have seen him as a possible solutions to their attacking problems. The Blues made big time efforts to bring the Nigerian to the Stamford Bridge to make him as the starting attacker. Reports stated that the Blues were ready to give a huge offer to the player. To secure him in the winter transfer window but the talks ended after wage demands from the player’s side. At the same time the Red Devils saw him as a solutions to their poor attacking performance this season. As the team is struggling with the current attackers not able to score any goals regularly. But they were also not able to complete the deal due to the competition from the other clubs.

The Saudi side came much later in the picture for the player. They are ready to give him a contract for four years with a sum of €25–30 million per season. They are ready to give Napoli a fee of €75–80 million. The offered sum is much higher from all the other given offers giving the Saudi side an extra push to get him.

Victor Osimhen decision to move to the Saudi side highlights the changing landscapes in the world of football. Not only European club the other rising clubs are also ready to compete with the European teams by building their own squad. Indicating the growth of the game to all the parts of the world.
