Tamale City FC bounced back strongly from their first league defeat of the season with an emphatic 3–1 victory over third-placed Wa Power SC at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium. Sammy Osae Akoto gave the hosts a comfortable two-goal cushion before halftime, converting penalties in the 14th and 40th minutes. After the break, substitute Victor Kodom extended the lead in the 56th minute to make it 3–0. Issahaku Wahid pulled one back for Wa Power SC in the 84th minute, though it proved only a consolation. Tamale City FC have now opened an eight-point lead at the top of the Zone One A table.

TF Exponential vs. Real Tamale United FC

Ten-man Real Tamale United FC suffered a disappointing 2–1 defeat away to struggling TF Exponential at the McCoy Astroturf in Nadowli on Sunday. The hosts broke the deadlock in the 64th minute through Sharif Mohammed. RTU responded in the 79th minute, with Wisdom Jonas Manyina finding the equalizer, before Hafiz Bawa netted the decisive goal in the 87th minute. Real Tamale United now trail the Zone One A leaders by eight points, sitting on 46 points after 25 matches.

Wamanafo Mighty Royals vs. Debibi United FC

Zone One B leaders Debibi United FC suffered back-to-back defeats for the first time this season after a 2–1 loss to Wamanafo Mighty Royals at Adehyiman Park on Sunday, despite taking an early lead. Collins Osei Agyei opened the scoring in the 9th minute for Debibi United, but Abdul Fatao Salifu equalized just seven minutes later. Adams Zakaria struck in the 45th minute to hand Wamanafo Mighty Royals the win. Despite the defeat, Debibi United remain 13 points clear at the top of the Zone One B table, having recorded their fifth loss of the campaign.
