Stella Nyamekye makes first start, Josephine Bonsu keeps place in starting lineup for Algeria

Midfielder Stella Nyamekye has been handed her first start as Josephine Bonsu and Princess Marfo keep their place in the Black Queens squad for the Quarterfinal clash against Algeria on Saturday. Defender Josephine Bonsu, who impressed against Tanzania, keeps her place while Doris Boaduwaa makes a return after missing the clash against Tanzania due to suspension. Ghana’s team also consists of regulars Cynthia Konlan, Comfort Yeboah, Grace Asantewaa, Captain Portia Boakye, and Chantelle Boye-Hlorkah. The game is scheduled for July 19, 2025, at 16:00 GMT at the Stade Municipal de Berkane.
