Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) skipper Pat Cummins delivered a stunning bowling performance against Delhi Capitals (DC) in today’s IPL high stake clash at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium. SRH won the toss and opted to bowl first and end up with the three wicket haul in the power-play.

The Australian fast bowler struck with the very first ball of theInnings, sending opener Karun Nair back to the pavilion for a duck. Cummins continued his on point delivery and dismissed Faf du plessis in his second over and third over of the match. He wasn’t done yet, in his third over he sent Abhishek Poral back to pavilion. In result DC can only manage to put 26 runs on the loss of four wickets in the power-play.

Currently DC is currently standing on the 5th position on the IPL points table, which is at the edge of qualifications with six wins and four losses they have total 12 points on their side. According to current projection there is a high competition specially in the bottom teams and teams from the bottom are crawling up to the table, and at this  point of time DC losing its momentum could affect their chances of qualifications. DC next three matches are against Punjab Kings (PBKS), Gujarat Titans (GT) and Mumbai Indians (MI) who are currently the top contender of the playoffs and losing any of the match in these could affect them negatively.
