The decisive fixture kicks off at 3:00pm at the Accra Sports Stadium, with the winner securing promotion to the Ghana Premier League.
Debibi United sealed qualification from Zone One B with 60 points, while Tamale City booked their playoff slot from Zone One A with 55 points, setting up a thrilling battle for the final GPL ticket.
The playoff format was first introduced in the 2021/22 season, when Nsoatreman FC defeated Tamale City 2-1 to secure their maiden Premier League qualification.
