Rajat Patidarās act of staring at the IPL (Indian Premier League) trophy has led to RCB fans worrying about the result of the IPL 2025 Final. Ahead of the big match between Royal Challengers Bengaluru and Punjab Kings in the 18th edition of the league, social media was abuzz, claiming the RCB skipper committed a blunder by āpulling off a Rohit Sharmaā.
The reference was regarding the gesture of the Indian ODI skipper, who stared at the ODI World Cup 2023 trophy before the final of the tournament against Australia on November 19, 2023, at the Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad. Coincidentally, RCBās match against PBKS is also at the same venue, where India lost to Australia in the final.
Rajat Patidar, though, was not worried about the superstitions of the fans, as he understood the expectations of the fans when youāre leading a team like RCB. The star player claimed that his focus was on things that are in his control and trying to be in the present.
