Medeama SC took a giant step toward the Premier League title with an imppressive 2-0 victory over Bibiani Gold Stars FC, inspired by a sensational brace from Salim Adams at the TnA Stadium.

The in-form midfielder struck from the penalty spot before curling home a superb free-kick, sealing all three points and extending Medeama’s lead at the summit to five points with just four matches remaining.

Accra Hearts of Oak secured a vital 1-0 away win over Nations FC at the Dr Kwame Kyei Sports Complex. Mawuli Wayo’s early 11th-minute strike proved decisive, as Hearts delivered a disciplined performance to keep their top-three ambitions firmly alive while piling pressure on Nations in the relegation battle.

Karela United FC left it late to snatch a dramatic 2-1 victory over Young Apostles FC at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium.

Goals from Abdulai Hafiz and a stoppage-time winner by Rahman Yaya cancelled out Richmond Opoku’s equaliser, handing Karela a crucial boost while deepening Apostles’ survival worries.

Dreams FC continued their fine run with an impressive 2-0 win over Asante Kotoko SC at the Tuba Astroturf.

Early and second-half goals from Oumar Nafal and Ebenezer Adade secured the points, as Kotoko’s struggles on the road continued.

Aduana FC and Heart of Lions FC played out a hard-fought goalless draw at the Nana Agyemang Badu I Park on Sunday.

The stalemate sees Aduana slip out of the top four, while Lions remain in mid-table heading into the final stretch.

FC Samartex 1996 strengthened their top-four push with a 3-1 victory over Holy Stars FC at the Nsenkyire Sports Arena.

Early strikes from Akwasi Sarpong and Francis Gyetuah set the tone before Christian Agyenim Boateng sealed the win, extending Samartex’s winning streak to three matches.
