The Premier League enters another decisive weekend with the title race, battle for top-four places, and survival fight all delicately poised as clubs prepare for crucial Matchday 32 matches across the country on Sunday May 10, 2026.

League leaders Medeama SC face a difficult trip to in-form Basake Holy Stars FC at the AAK II Sports Complex following their shock defeat to Berekum Chelsea in midweek.

Medeama remain top with 56 points but now hold only a slender two-point advantage over their closest challengers.

The Mauve and Yellow will be desperate to end a worrying five-game winless away run as they attempt to strengthen their grip on the title race.

Holy Stars, meanwhile, boast one of the strongest home records in the league and head into the clash full of confidence after beating Aduana FC.

Accra Hearts of Oak continue their pursuit of the title when they host struggling Aduana FC at the Accra Sports Stadium.

The Phobians remain third on the table but have been frustrated by too many draws this season, particularly at home where they rank among the league’s weakest home performers despite conceding the fewest goals in the division.

Aduana, however, travel to Accra eager to halt a poor run of form and maintain their impressive recent away record against Hearts.

Kotoko SC will look to end their poor run when they welcome already relegated Eleven Wonders FC to the Baba Yara Sports Stadium. Kotoko’s title hopes have faded after a disappointing second round campaign, but the Porcupine Warriors will be determined to bounce back against a Wonders side enduring a miserable run of defeats and defensive struggles.

The relegation battle also promises high drama. Vision FC, now inside the drop zone, face a crucial home fixture against an improving Karela United FC side in Tema.

Vision will rely on their strong home form to revive their survival hopes, while Karela travel with confidence following a solid unbeaten run and an impressive draw away to Hearts of Oak.

Young Apostles FC also continue their survival push when they host Nations FC in Wenchi.

Apostles climbed out of the relegation zone after a morale-boosting victory over Vision and will look to extend their excellent home form against a Nations side aiming for back-to-back away wins.

Swedru All Blacks seek to move further away from danger when they host Bechem United FC at the Swedru Sports Stadium.

The Black Magicians have been formidable at home in recent weeks, while Bechem travel to Swedru chasing a top-half finish despite inconsistency throughout the campaign.

Struggling Heart of Lions FC welcome FC Samartex 1996 in a crucial contest for both sides In Kpando.

Lions are hovering dangerously close to the relegation zone after a sharp dip in form, while Samartex continue their push for a top-four finish despite inconsistent away performances.

One of the standout fixtures of the weekend sees rejuvenated Berekum Chelsea FC host in-form Dreams FC at the Golden City Park.

Chelsea boosted their survival hopes with a famous win over Medeama in midweek and remain unbeaten in their last five home matches.

Dreams, however, have emerged as one of the league’s form sides and are firmly in contention for a top-four finish following an impressive run of results.

With only  three matches remaining, every point could prove decisive in what is shaping up to be a thrilling conclusion to the Premier League season.
