The Premier League serves up a full slate of intriguing fixtures on Sunday January 18, 2026, as clubs across the table battle for vital points in the title race, top-four chase, mid-table stability and relegation survival.

Nations FC vs Aduana FC
Nations FC return home seeking to rediscover their cutting edge after three winless matches (D2, L1), a run highlighted by scoring one or no goals in each outing. Despite sitting 13th, they are just three points off the top half and remain formidable at the Dr. Kwame Kyei Sports Complex, where they are unbeaten in nine league games (W5, D4) with back-to-back clean sheets.

Title contenders Aduana FC travel to Abrankese confident mood after a 2–1 comeback win over Karela United, a result that lifted them to second place on 32 points. The Fire Club boast the league’s fourth-best away record and will look to close the gap on the leaders.

Berekum Chelsea vs Swedru All Blacks
Berekum Chelsea remain in the relegation zone following a goalless draw away to Asante Kotoko, managing just three wins in their last ten matches.

However, Samuel Boadu’s side have turned Golden City Park into a fortress, going five home games unbeaten (W4, D1). Swedru All Blacks, buoyed by a late equaliser against Nations FC, arrive on a three-game unbeaten run but have struggled on their travels, winning just twice away from home this season.

Karela United vs FC Samartex 1996
Karela United return to the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium looking to bounce back after recent setbacks. They remain unbeaten at home this season (W6, D2) and are on a three-game winning streak in Tamale.

FC Samartex 1996, firmly in the top-four race, are still searching for their first away win and have failed to score in their last five road matches, making this a stern test of their resilience.

Basake Holy Stars FC vs Bechem United
Basake Holy Stars hover just above the relegation zone after consecutive defeats but draw confidence from an impressive four-game home winning run, including three clean sheets.

Bechem United arrive in strong form, having won four of their last five matches, but their away struggles persist, with no wins on the road and a league-high number of goals conceded away from home.

Heart of Lions vs Eleven Wonders
Heart of Lions are desperate to end an eight-game winless streak as they host bottom-placed Eleven Wonders. Despite recent struggles, Lions remain in the top half and will lean on their defensive strength at home.

Eleven Wonders, fresh from a morale-boosting win over Basake Holy Stars, remain rooted to the foot of the table and are still searching for their first away victory of the season.

Young Apostles vs Hohoe United
Young Apostles aim to bounce back from a heavy defeat to league leaders Medeama SC, drawing confidence from a seven-game unbeaten home run (W4, D3).

Hohoe United, enduring a tough debut top-flight campaign, arrive on a five-game winless and scoreless run and will be eager to reverse their poor away form in their first-ever Premier League visit to Wenchi.

With league positions finely balanced and pressure mounting at both ends of the table, the weekend promises decisive moments and compelling storylines across the Premier League.
