Attram De Visser delivered a ruthless statement on Sunday, thrashing former Premier League side Great Olympics 6-1 away at Teshie to climb to third place in the Zone Three league table. Centre back Precious Yaw Gyimah set the tone with a goal inside the opening minute, before Prince Amekorfia doubled the advantage in the 16th minute. Great Olympics pulled one back through Samuel Boakye from the penalty spot in the 21st minute. After the break, it was all Attram De Visser. Usmanu Ghaniyu struck twice in quick succession (49th and 57th minutes) to make it 4-1. Abdul Majeed Maswud added the fifth just two minutes later, and Alfred Amoah sealed the emphatic win in stoppage time. Attram De Visser now sit third with 34 points from 20 matches.

League leaders Port City FC suffered another setback in their Premier League promotion push after being held to a 1- 1 draw by Home Stars FC. Ransford Lartey gave Port City the lead in the 43rd minute, but Kwasi Posino struck late to earn Home Stars a crucial point in their top four chase. Despite the draw, Port City FC remain top of the table with 40 points from 20 matches.

Title contenders Semper Fi FC kept the pressure on the leaders with a spirited 2-1 comeback victory over Golden Warriors at Ohene Park in Kukurantumi on Saturday. Maxwell Quainoo gave Golden Warriors a 10th minute lead, and they went into halftime ahead. However, Francis Eshun turned the game around in the second half, scoring twice in the 60th and 66th minutes to secure back-to-back wins for Semper Fi FC.

Here are the results in Zone Three:
