Port City FC delivered another commanding performance, securing a 3-1 victory over Attram De Visser at Kukurantumi Ohene Park on Sunday to seal qualification for the 2026/27 Ghana Premier League.

Bernard Quarcoo opened the scoring in the 20th minute, but Enoch Otoo equalised for the visitors with a well-taken finish in the 35th minute to send the game into the break level at 1-1. After the restart, Quarcoo grabbed his second in the 58th minute to restore Port City’s lead before Korblah Junior Kedzie sealed the win with a third goal in the 79th minute. Port City FC now boast 61 points from 26 matches and sit 15 points clear at the top of the Zone Three table.

Former Premier League side Great Olympics returned to winning ways with a 2-1 home victory over struggling Golden Kick SC at the Teshie McDan Sports Complex on Sunday. David Sewornu opened the scoring in the 42nd minute, and Frederick Akatuk doubled the advantage five minutes later. Golden Kick SC pulled one back through Richmond Seyram in stoppage time, but it proved only a consolation. Great Olympics now sit 8th in Zone Three with 34 points.

Semper Fi FC climbed back into second place in Zone three after an impressive 3-1 away win against Na God FC at the Tuba Astroturf on Saturday, ending a two-game winless run. Kennedy Owusu gave the visitors an early lead with a superb strike in the 16th minute, but Emmanuel Issakah responded six minutes later to level for Na God FC. Samuel Adonteng Owusu then took control, netting twice in the 33rd and 80th minutes to secure maximum points for Semper Fi FC. They now have 46 points from 26 matches.
