Otto Addo has made three changes to his starting lineup for the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifier against Comoros. Alidu Seidu, Jonas Adjetey, and Ebenezer Annan will replace Caleb Yirenkyi, Abdul Fatawu Issahaku, and Gideon Mensah in a 3-4-3 formation.

Benjamin Asare retains his position in goal, while Jonas Adjetey, Alexander Djiku, and Mohammed Salisu will form a 3-back defence, allowing Alidu Seidu and Ebenezer Annan to play as wingbacks. Thomas Partey and Kwasi Sibo maintain their midfield roles, with Antoine Semenyo, Mohammed Kudus, and Jordan Ayew leading the attack in a front three system.

Ghana enters the game seeking the three points needed to secure their spot at the 2026 FIFA World Cup, having accumulated 22 points from 9 qualifiers in Group I. With 7 wins, 1 loss, and 1 draw, Coach Otto Addo’s team is poised for a historic moment – a victory on Sunday will confirm their place in the World Cup scheduled for Canada, Mexico, and the United States of America in June 2026.
