The race for the title in the Northern Regional Women’s Division One League has intensified as Nasara Ladies and Dakpemah Ladies continue their fierce battle at the top of the table with just one round of matches left to conclude the season. The two sides have emerged as the dominant forces in the competition, keeping fans on edge as the title race goes down to the wire.

Nasara Ladies currently lead the standings with 52 points after 21 matches, holding a slender three-point advantage over their closest challengers Dakpemah Ladies, who sit second with 49 points.

Behind the top two, Tuutingli Ladies occupy third place and remain one of the most consistent sides in the league this season. They are closely followed by Bagabaga Ladies and Noble Ladies, who sit fourth and fifth with 43 and 42 points respectively, highlighting the intense competition among the leading clubs in the 12-team league.

The strong performances of these teams have added excitement and competitiveness to the Northern Regional women’s Division One League, which continues to grow in quality and visibility.

At the other end of the table, Timtooni Ladies and Bagbang Ladies are struggling to keep pace with the rest of the league and currently occupy the bottom two spots. With the season nearing its conclusion, both sides will be hoping to finish strongly despite their difficult campaigns.

The outcome of the last fixtures will ultimately decide who lifts the Northern Regional Women’s Division One League trophy in what has been a thrilling and closely contested season.
