Former France manager Didier Deschamps has reportedly turned down an approach from Manchester United as he eyes the Real Madrid job. The 58-year-old is interested in taking over at a club, but has no plans to move to Old Trafford.
According to a report by Santi Aouna via AS, Manchester United are looking to hire a new manager to replace Michael Carrick after a poor start to the season. The Englishman was on the verge of getting sacked last week, but was given a few more days and failed to beat Chelsea in the league.
