Former France international Christophe Dugarry has hit out at Kylian Mbappe for his claims about winning the Ballon d’Or this year. The Real Madrid man is expected to be on the list of 30 nominees for the award after an impressive year for club and country.
According to talkSPORT, Dugarry has condemned Mbappe for publicly saying that he can win the Ballon d’Or this year. He pointed out that a national team captain like the 27-year-old should never be asking to win an individual award publicly, calling it childish and pathetic.
