Ebusua Dwarfs midfielder Isaac Buckman has been named Man of the Match in the 2026 X1 Energy Drink DOL Super Cup final against Semper Fi.
Semper Fi took the lead in the first half before Ebusua Dwarfs fought back to secure an equalizer after the break, sending the game into a penalty shootout at the Len Clay Stadium in Obuasi.
Ebusua Dwarfs eventually prevailed 5-4 on penalties to lift the X1 DOL Super Cup for the first time in the club’s history.
Buckman was rewarded for his outstanding performance in the final, producing an impressive display in midfield and making a significant contribution to Ebusua Dwarfs’ victory.
The midfielder capped off a memorable performance by being named the final’s Most Valuable Player (MVP) as Ebusua Dwarfs celebrated their historic triumph.
