The Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) square off against the Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) in match No. 15 of the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) 2026 at Eden Gardens, Kolkata, on Thursday, April 9.
KKR did get their first point of the season in the last game against Punjab Kings after the match was washed out. However, they have been far from convincing this season. They have registered two defeats and will hope to win their first game on Thursday.
Meanwhile, LSG started their campaign with a six-wicket loss to the Delhi Capitals. However, they bounced back commendably against the Sunrisers Hyderabad, as the Rishabh Pant-led side won by five wickets. They will look to go from strength to strength and get the better of a stumbling KKR side.
