The Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) entered the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2026 season with a heavily revamped squad, eager to make a deep playoff run after a high-stakes mega auction. Despite boasting an explosive mix of international power-hitters and skilled domestic all-rounders, they endured a highly inconsistent campaign, ultimately failing to finish in the top four. 3. Arjun TendulkarÂ
The young all-rounder Arjun Tendulkar was traded by Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) ahead of IPL 2026 from Mumbai Indians (MI). He is primarily a left-arm pace who can bat well in the lower-order.
But the use of Impact sub meant that his services were not needed for the struggling LSG unit this season. After getting eliminated from the competition, they could have given him more chances at the end of the season. He only played one match for them, picking up a solitary wicket. Â
