RCB, GT, MI in IPL 2025 (PC: RCB, GT, and MI)
IPL 2025 is resuming on 17th May after being suspended for the tensions between India and Pakistan. There are seven teams, still in contention to reach the play-offs.
Here is the whole scenario for those teams ahead of the IPL 2025 resumption
Gujarat Titans (GT)
They can reach up to 22 points. Sitting at 16 points, they are most likely to qualify as they need one win from three games.
Matches left against – DC, LSG, CSK
Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB)
They can also reach up to 22 points. They are also one win away to reach Play-offs from their three games.
Matches left against – KKR, SRH, LSG
Punjab Kings (PBKS)
They can reach up to 21 points. They are also two wins away from remaining three matches to reach the play-offs after a decade.
Matches left against – RR, DC, MI
Mumbai Indians (MI)
They can reach up to 18 points. If they lose any of the remaining two matches their berth in the play-offs are not sure.
Matches left against – DC, PBKS
Delhi Capitals (DC)
They can finish up to 19 points. DC have to win all their matches to get a sure ticket to the play offs. If they lose one match then also their berth will not be confirmed.
Matches left against – G, MI, PBKS
Lucknow Super Giants (LSG)
They can reach up to 16 points. They also stand a slight chance to reach the next round of they win all their matches and MI and DC don’t win more than one match.
Matches left against – SRH, GT, RCB
Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR)
They can reach up to 15 points and have a slender chance of making it to the next round if they win all their matches, DC beats PBKS, and then DC lose all their remaining matches, and PBKS also loses all their remaining matches.
