The Football Association successfully hosted the eFootball Mobile competition at the GFA eTrophy 2025 on Saturday, August 23, 2025, at the GFA Conference Room in Accra.
The contest brought together 12 of Ghana’s finest mobile players, each battling for a coveted spot in the national eFootball team, the Black Asteroids.
In an impressive display of skill, precision and consistency, Onesimus_00 emerged as the Mobile Champion, securing his place in Ghana’s national squad. He was closely followed by OG_Lamar1, who finished as runner-up and also booked his spot with the Black Asteroids.
Both players will now undergo preparation with the Black Asteroids as Ghana readies for the FIFAe World Cup Regional Qualifiers in September 2025. A successful campaign there will see Ghana earn a place at the prestigious FIFAe World Cup Finals, scheduled to take place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, this December.
The GFA extends its congratulations to the winners and participants for their outstanding performances and reaffirms its commitment to developing eFootball in Ghana. The journey of the Black Asteroids has just begun and Ghana’s stars are ready to shine on the world stage.
