Former Vice Chairman of the Ghana Football Association Joseph Kobina Ade-Coker will be laid to rest on Friday, August 1, 2025. The late Joseph Kobina Ade-Coker, a former Consul of the Republic of Belarus and former Greater Accra Regional Chairman of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC), sadly passed at the Bank Hospital in Accra on Sunday, June 1, 2025, after a short illness.

His funeral is provisionally scheduled for Friday, August 1 with the Memorial service fixed for Sunday, August 3, 2025.

Joseph Kobina Ade Coker served as Vice Chairman of the Ghana Football Association in 1997 and was also the Chairman of giants Accra Great Olympics.

The 68-year-old also formed the now-defunct AC Olympiacos in the early 2000s. They featured in the lower tiers of Ghana’s football pyramid for a few years before their exit.
