The coveted Indian Premier League (IPL 2025) has been incredible in terms of finding young talent. Many players like Ayush Mhatre, Vaibhav Suryavanshi, Urvil Patel, Priyansh Rana, and many more have performed well this season and have stood up for their teams as well.

In the ongoing IPL, there are many players who have gained the limelight for their performances, especially the bowlers. They have maintained their line and length, taking wickets at regular intervals.

Speaking about the Indian bowlers, players like Jasprit Bumrah, Kuldeep Yadav, Prasidh Krishna, Arshdeep Singh, Deepak Chahar, and others have played top-notch cricket, leading their teams to victory. Currently, Krishna is the leading wicket-taker in the tournament, with 20 wickets in 11 matches. Varun Chakaravarthy, Vaibhav Arora, Arshdeep Singh, and Mohammed Siraj have taken 17 and 16 wickets each, respectively.

In terms of foreign players, Noor Ahmad, Josh Hazlewood, and Trent Boult have performed the best so far. They have been consistent in taking wickets. While Noor has taken 20 wickets in 12 matches, Hazlewood and Boult have taken 18 wickets each.

However, if we talk about impact, Prasidh Krishna, Noor Ahmad, Josh Hazlewood, and Varun Chakaravarthy have been the best so far. They have taken wickets consistently while maintaining good economy rates.

Hazlewood is the backbone of the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB)’s bowling attack.

Meanwhile, Prasidh has been an asset to the Gujarat Titans (GT). Even though Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) are having a tough time, Varun has been contributing in almost every match. Hence, all four players have performed effortlessly in the ongoing tournament and deserve a lot of credit for their performances.
