The Northern Regional Football Association Chairman, Alhaji Abu Hassan has commended the Communications Department of the association for their top-class production of the Elite U15 Boys Colts Championship.

The department once again demonstrated its commitment to world-class football coverage, delivering flawless production throughout the Elite U15 Boys Colts Championship. From the opening whistle to the final kick, the tournament was brought to life through a first-class broadcast masterminded by the Communications Department.

The feat, however, did not come easy as it took selfless and committed personnel such as F Emmanuel Osei, head of the Audio-Visual Unit, whose technical expertise ensured seamless live streaming across all platforms. His leadership was pivotal in guaranteeing that every match was not only broadcast but also captured with the precision and clarity expected of international-standard productions.

Behind the cameras, Felix Anyani led the charge as the lead cameraman, with critical support from Emmanuel Kpab and Henry Wood. Their sharp eye for detail brought viewers closer to the action, capturing the passion, skill, and drama of youth football at its finest.

Meanwhile, the creative magic of Godfred Dovlo Djokoto powered the tournament’s visuals. Serving simultaneously as the lead photographer, graphic designer, videographer, motion graphics specialist, and video editor, he delivered stunning visuals and captivating edits that enriched the entire viewing experience. His multi-faceted role stood out as one of the driving forces behind the production’s brilliance.

The collective efforts of this outstanding team elevated the Elite U15 Boys Colts Championship into a truly professional spectacle, earning praise from fans, coaches, and dignitaries alike. For many, the tournament’s seamless broadcast signaled not only the progress of Ghanaian youth football on the pitch but also the growth of the GFA’s capacity to match international standards off it.

In a short statement on his facebook page, Alhaji Abu Hassan said:“This is the best coverage I’ve ever seen for a youth competition in Ghana. The GFA has set a new benchmark. The commentary and visuals were just impressive. Kudos to the team and more room for improvement.”

The department is expected to deliver a better coverage from other youth competitions set to be rolled out by the association.
