The Elite U-15 Boys Colts Championship continued on Tuesday with thrilling action across both groups as teams battled for supremacy at the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence in Prampram. The day was filled with early goals, penalty drama, and standout performances, keeping fans and scouts entertained.

In Group A, GFA Elite Academy Kumasi defeated Western Region 2-1 thanks to first-half goals from Asante Thomas and Duah Dennis, while Jamel Moomen’s strike for Western was not enough to salvage a point.

Northern Region recorded a 2-0 victory over Volta Region, with Sulemana Shamsudeen scoring in the first minute before Abubakar Kamil added the second.

Greater Accra made it two wins in two games after Oppong Richard’s 8th-minute strike gave them a narrow 1-0 win over Upper East Region.

Over in Group B, Eastern Region edged Upper West 1-0 courtesy of Nomo Owen’s goal, which also earned him the Man of the Match award. Brong Ahafo Region held Ashanti Region to a goalless draw before winning 5-4 on penalties to claim the bonus point.

The final game of the day saw Central Region dominate GFA Elite Academy Bolga with a convincing 4-2 victory. Despite Adu Boahene James opening the scoring for the Academy, goals from Joshua Dugbatey, Blessing Arthur, and a brace from Osei Sekyere turned the tie around, with Kwara Abdul Baari scoring a late consolation from the spot.

Action continues tomorrow with more exciting fixtures lined up.
