The second match was a dramatic affair between GFA Elite, Bolga, and Brong Ahafo. GFA Elite started strong, taking a 1-0 lead through a goal from Gaab Stellar. However, the game was turned on its head by Margaret Akosua Tawiah, who scored for Brong Ahafo in the 21st minute and then again in the 28th minute to make it 2-1. GFA Elite showed resilience, winning and converting a penalty in the 35th minute to level the score at 2-2, forcing the match straight into a penalty shootout. There, GFA Elite held their nerve, scoring four penalties to Brong Ahafo’s one, claiming a hard-fought victory after a truly pulsating encounter.

In Group A, Greater Accra produced a spectacular display of firepower against the Volta region. From the outset, Greater Accra controlled the game, with Venunye Aglebe opening the scoring in the 12th minute. Ethel Amoakwaa then took over, netting two quick goals in the 26th and 47th minutes. Aglebe returned to complete her brace just before halftime in the 42nd minute, capping off a dominant 4-0 victory that showcased Greater Accra as a formidable force in the competition.

The second match of the day was an intense showdown between Upper East and Eastern Elite B. Eastern Elite B took an early lead in the 10th minute through Azkaban Mary Magdalene’s well-placed strike. But Upper East refused to back down. Their persistence paid off when Awane Joyce found the equalizer in the 30th minute, reigniting her team’s spirit. Just four minutes later, Joyce struck again, completing a stunning turnaround to give Upper East a 2–1 victory. It was a thrilling contest, marked by grit, passion, and an impressive display of determination from both sides.

The third match of the tournament featured a thrilling encounter between Ashanti and Eastern. The game began with Ashanti establishing a dominant lead, with early goals from Obeng Lordina in just the second minute and Anna Foriwaa Thompson in the 21st minute. Eastern managed to pull one back before halftime, thanks to a 25th-minute goal from Christiana Ashiaku, but Ashanti still held a commanding 2-1 lead going into the break, looking firmly in control of the match.

The second half saw a dramatic shift in momentum as Eastern mounted a formidable comeback. Their efforts were rewarded in the 35th minute when Kpentey Belinda found the back of the net, completing the fightback and leveling the score at 2-2. With no further goals in regular time, the match was sent straight to a penalty shootout to decide which team would advance, capping off an incredible turnaround.
