Eastern Region defeats defending champions Ashanti Region to move top of Group B, winning 5-4 on penalties. The defending champions dropped to second position with 9 points, a point behind the leaders.
Upper West Region is still searching for their first win after a poor run in the competition, currently bottom of the table with no points.
In Group A, Greater Accra Region continues their fine form with a perfect run, winning all four matches with 12 points at the top of the table.
They are followed closely by Northern Region with 9 points. Eastern Elite B is bottom of the table after picking up a point from their drawn game against Volta Region.
The final of the second edition of the Elite U15 girl’s tournament is scheduled to take place on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence in Prampram.
