Sefwi All Stars FC kept their title ambitions alive by recording their tenth win of the season with a hard-fought 1-0 victory over newly promoted Ebony FC. Richard Larbi’s 27th-minute strike proved decisive, securing all three points for the hosts. The win leaves Sefwi All Stars FC third on the Zone Two league table with 32 points, just three behind the leaders.

Meanwhile, Nsuopun Fidelity FC suffered a 2-1 loss to King Faisal at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium. Suraj Ibrahim broke the deadlock in the 55th minute, before Kingsley Osei Kwadwo doubled King Faisal’s advantage in the 80th minute. Samuel Kofi Osei pulled one back for Nsuopun Fidelity FC in stoppage time, but it was only a consolation as the hosts held on for victory. The result marked Nsuopun Fidelity FC’s third successive away defeat of the season.

Former Premier League side Ebusua Dwarfs climbed to the top of the Zone Two league table with an emphatic 2-0 win over title rivals FC AshantiGold’04 in a fiercely contested clash at the Robert Mensah Stadium. After a goalless first half, Emmanuel Osei opened the scoring from the penalty spot in the 54th minute, before Isaac Buckman sealed the victory with a superb finish in the 86th minute. Ebusua Dwarfs now lead the table with 35 points from 17 matches, while FC AshantiGold’04 slip to second with 34 points.
