Ebiemo FC have been crowned champions of the Western Regional Division Two Middle League after edging past Fiaseman United by 1-0 in a thrilling final to secure qualification to the next tier of Ghana football.

The victory marks a significant milestone for Ebiemo FC, whose impressive campaign in the regional competition has earned them promotion to the Division One League. Their triumph also confirms them as the official representatives of the Western Region in the upcoming Zone Two of the Division One League.

Zone Two of the Division One League comprises clubs from the Western, Ashanti, and Central Regions, making it one of the most competitive zones in Ghana’s second-tier football structure. Ebiemo FC will therefore prepare to test their strength against some of the best teams from these regions next season.

As champions of the Western Region, Ebiemo FC will be joined by the respective champions from the Ashanti and Central Regions, who will also gain promotion to the Division One League. The three regional winners will become the newest clubs to compete in the league.

The achievement highlights Ebiemo FC’s determination and consistency throughout the competition, and the club will now shift its focus to preparing for life in the Division One League as they aim to continue their steady rise in Ghana football.
