Dube is having an ordinary IPL season with 301 runs from 12 matches at an average of 33.44 and a strike rate of 130.87. Hasaranga has taken 10 wickets from 10 matches. They have faced each other in three IPL innings, with Dube scoring 43 runs and getting dismissed only once at a strike rate of 215. This battle will be crucial in the middle overs.
Shimron Hetmyer vs Matheesha Pathirana
Hetmyer has scored 227 runs from 13 matches this season and has not been very effective for RR. Pathirana has taken 12 wickets from 10 matches this year. In the past, Hetmyer has struggled to score freely against Pathirana, having played him in the IPL earlier and scored eight runs while getting dismissed once at a strike rate of 72.7.
