Bill Belichick refused to entertain questions about the ongoing investigation into the UNC Football program culture following the resignation of football GM Michael Lombardi. Before the coach appeared for his Monday media availability, UNC’s associate athletic director for football communications addressed reporters present.
He told the reporters that Belichick and his players were not permitted to address the ongoing investigation into the program. However, an overwhelming majority of the questions directed at the coach by reporters still focused on the issue of the program’s culture.
