The Malta Guinness Women’s Premier League enters Week 15 this weekend with former Champions Ampem Darkoa Ladies hosting Northern City in Techiman.

AMPEM DARKOA LADIES vs NORTHERN CITY

Former Champions Ampem Darkoa Ladies takes on Northern City at the Techiman Urban Park.Ampem Darkoa will aim to maintain their impressive form this weekend against Northern City. The Northern-based side lost the reverse fixture 4-0 and will be looking to redeem themselves in this encounter. Ampem Darkoa are the favorites to win the game due to their impressive form and strong record against the visitors.

NORTHERN LADIES FC vs DREAMZ LADIES FC

Northern Ladies will host Dreamz Ladies at the Nobisco Park in Tamale. Although traditionally from Kumasi, Dreamz Ladies have been impressive in their away games, putting together strong performances in the Northern Zone in previous matches, recording convincing wins on the road. They are capable of scoring goals and have previously beaten top sides. Northern Ladies will be keen to maximize their home comfort at Nobisco and grab early momentum. Dreamz Ladies’ ability to win away fixtures could potentially unsettle the hosts. Northern Ladies might edge possession and shape at home, while Dreamz Ladies, with their attacking form, could exploit spaces and score on the counter.

FC SAVANNAH vs PRISONS LADIES

FC Savannah are one of the competitive sides in the Northern Zone, having posted solid results recently, including a win over Fosu Royal Ladies, which lifted them up the league standings. They’ll be buoyed by strong home support at Aliu Mahama and look to use this momentum to keep climbing the table. Their overall points position in the Northern Zone has been decent, with Savannah placed near the top few spots alongside teams like Ampem Darkoa Ladies. Prisons Ladies have had an up-and-down league campaign. While capable of strong performances, they’ve also dropped points in key encounters. They’ll be keen to tighten up defensively and get a result that boosts their status and confidence in what is a relegation/thrilling mid-table battle.

KUMASI SPORTS ACADEMY LADIES vs TAMALE SUPER LADIES

Kumasi Sports Academy Ladies host Tamale Super Ladies at the Bantama Astro Turf. Tamale Super Ladies have been losing most of their matches, while Kumasi Sports Academy Ladies have also been struggling in the league. Kumasi Sports Academy Ladies sit 10th on the league table, and a win will give them hope of survival in the league. The visitors are also in the relegation dogfight as they lie 9th on the zonal table.

ASHTOWN LADIES vs FOSU ROYALS

Ashtown Ladies, after losing to Dreamz Ladies last weekend, will be eager to grab all three points to avoid relegation when they host Fosu Royal Ladies. Both teams are battling relegation, and a win will move them above the drop zone. Fosu Royal Ladies go into this fixture in third place and will go all out for the maximum points to keep their chances of finishing in the top four alive.
