Liverpool legend Jamie Carragher has revealed the punishment Manchester City should be handed after being found guilty of breaches of Premier League financial rules.
The Premier League released an official statement last week saying an independent panel found Manchester City guilty of multiple FFP charges. The statement said the club arranged contracts that inflated its finances by over £900m between 2009 and 2018.
