Chelsea boss Xabi Alonso has provided an injury update on Joao Pedro. He didn’t rule him out for their Premier League clash against Brentford on Friday, September 18.
Pedro has been in excellent form this season, scoring three goals and providing three assists in four league games. After not being included in Brazil’s FIFA World Cup squad, he was called up for their upcoming friendly games. However, he has now pulled out of the squad, citing an injury.
