GFA pays glowing tribute  to Access Bank as it prepares  to name new Division One League Sponsor

The  Football Association wishes to express its heartfelt appreciation to Access Bank for its unwavering commitment and invaluable sponsorship of the Access Bank Division One League (DOL), as the  GFA prepares to announce a new headline sponsor for the competition.

The partnership strengthened the DOL while creating greater opportunities for clubs, players and officials.

Throughout the partnership, Access Bank played a significant role in enhancing the profile of the Division One League, providing vital support that helped improve the competition’s visibility, competitiveness and overall development.

General Secretary Prosper Harrison Addo has expressed the Football Association’s sincere appreciation for the Bank’s remarkable contribution to Ghana football.

“On behalf of the Executive Council, President Kurt Edwin Simeon-Okraku and the entire Ghana football family, we extend our deepest gratitude to Access Bank for its unwavering support of the Division One League over the years. The partnership has been instrumental in strengthening one of the most important competitions in our football pyramid and has contributed immensely to the growth and development of the game.” he said

“Access Bank believed in our vision and stood with us in our efforts to build a stronger and more competitive Division One League. Their commitment has left a lasting legacy, and we are immensely grateful for the confidence the bank placed in Ghana football throughout this successful partnership.”

The Football Association remains committed to forging strategic partnerships that will further enhance the development of football at all levels, while building on the strong foundation established through its successful collaboration with Access Bank.

In the coming days, the GFA will name the new main sponsor of the Division One League.
