Greater Accra preserved their one-point advantage at the summit of Group A in the 2025 KGL Foundation Inter-Regional U-17 Colts Championship, as Matchday 4 wrapped up on Tuesday, September 23, at the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence.

The capital side defeated Volta Region 2–0 to move to 11 points, staying just ahead of defending champions Western Region, who climbed to 10 points after overcoming Northern Region.

Volta Region sit third on seven points, with Upper West in fourth on five. Northern Region follow in fifth place with three points from four matches, while Elie Academy (Bolga) remain winless and anchored at the bottom with zero points.

Now in its fifth year, the KGL U-17 Inter-Regional Championship has firmly established itself as Ghana’s premier platform for identifying and nurturing young football talent.

The 2025 edition features an expanded 12-team field drawn from all ten Regional Football Associations alongside the GFA Elite Academies, ensuring both competitive depth and nationwide representation.
